Stok is the highest peak in this region at a height of 6150m above sea level. Other famous mountain peaks for climbing are Gulap Khangri peak at a height of 5900m and Kantak at a height of 5275m.

Karakoram Range

This famous mountain peak lies in the Northern part of Leh and is located across the famous Nubra Valley. The three most prominent peaks of this region are Saser-I at a height of 7415m, Saser-II at an altitude of 7513m and Saser-III at a height of 7495m all above sea level. After you decide your peak and time you need to visit this office. They charge a nominal fee according to the popularity and height of your chosen peak.
